 I wanted to personally recommend Joe Bartos for all real estate needs.  I had the pleasure of meeting Joe several years ago.  When I was ready to buy, there was no doubt that I would seek out his services.  In today’s market, buyers hear about the incredible deals of short sales and foreclosures.  As an attorney, I am skeptical to say the least when it comes to transactions, especially when it comes to deals like this.  I found the perfect condominium that was being sold as a short sale and put in an offer.  Joe talked me through every step of the process, and within 6 weeks, I CLOSED!!  Unheard of for a short sale, right?  There is NO DOUBT IN MY MIND that Joe’s expertise in assisting me with the offer and the terms of the contract got the bank to approve it and expedite it.  He was always prompt at answering my questions and so very knowledgeable about the market here.  He is a true professional and it was an absolute pleasure to work with him!

 My family met Joe Bartos one summer day at an Open House in Naples, FL and instantly we could feel the "Florida sunshine" from Mr. Bartos. He was a very warm and friendly person, very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and properties nearby. We did not purchase anything then, but over the years we established a relationship with Mr. Bartos and always met with him on our various trips toNaples/Marco Island. Eventually we purchased a property with him and and then another and eventually both families met. It's not just a business relationship anymore with the Bartos'; they're friends of ours whenwe go there.Overall, we would reccommend Mr. Bartos to any of our friends or families who is interested in investing in the Florida area. Again, I would say it was our luck stopping in at the Open House we saw many years ago, because in doing so we found a great realtor and a wonderful friend.
